We have organized a trip to the Super-Kamiokande, KamLAND, and KAGRA experimental sites. Excursions are scheduled for Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. There are four slots to go on this excursion:
Friday, Sept. 13, afternoon:
1:00 pm - 5:30 pm (50 seats, see the note below)
1:40 pm - 6:10 pm (50 seats)
Saturday, Sept. 14, morning:
8:00 am-12:30 pm (50 seats)
8:40 am- 1:10 pm (50 seats)
Saturday, Sept. 14, afternoon:
1:00 pm-5:30 pm (50 seats)
Participants leave from the designated assembly point near the conference venue, board the tour bus waiting there to visit the experimental sites, and return to the assembly point with the same bus at the end of the tour. In order to meet the underground schedule the buses will leave from the assembly point at the appointed time, sharp, and not wait. Please make sure to be on the bus in time for an on time departure or you will likely miss your tour. Because of the limited number of seats on the bus we recommend an early registration. This tour is free for conference participants.
