Parallel session talk and poster abstract submission webpage is now open.
Before you can submit a poster abstract, you must first create a new account of indico using the following URL:
You will receive an e-mail from the system for the account activation. Once you have activated your account, you can log in the system and submit your abstract using the following URL:
You can use Markdown and LaTeX formulae in your abstract. Abstracts are limited to 1000 characters. You will receive a confirmation email after a successful submission. The email will contain a link that lets you track the status of your submission. Notification of acceptance of your proposal is sent at latest by 7th, June 2019.
Registration and abstract submission are independent. You are NOT automatically registered for the conference, when you submit an abstract. Registration can be done on the following registration webpage:
